DESCRIPTION:Join us at Windansea Beach on Saturday\, June 28\, 2028\, as we gather to celebrate the extraordinary life and enduring legacy of San Diego Surfing Hall of Fame inductee\, Mike Hynson. On what would have been his 86th birthday\, we invite friends\, family\, and the entire surfing community to share in a special paddle out memorial. Mike\, born in 1942\, passed into the bardo in 2025\, leaving an indelible mark on the surfing world. At 10:00 AM\, we will meet at Windansea Beach. Collectively at noon we will paddle out—forming a circle to honor Mike’s spirit\, reflect on his contributions\, and share the aloha he so freely gave.
